Do you organise a band or group? Would you like:
- Information about forthcoming gigs presented in a clear and concise way for band members
- An easy interface for the administrator to add/ remove and update the gigs
- Ability for members to indicate their availability - can do /can't do/ maybe
- Ability for members to indicate which instrument they will play for each gig
- To know head count of each section of the band for each gig?
You need our Gig Sign Up system!
Ashbees have developed a system which can be customised to your own requirements.
 |
All your band's gigs are listed with information such as venue, date and location information including link to google map. In the example shown, the band is split into drummers (bateria) and dancers. |
 |
Each section of the band is listed separately and the head count for each is shown. If a section has no members signed up, it is shown in red. |
 |
When the member has logged in, they can see a list of gigs and their status on the left. If the gig is highlighted in yellow, the member has not yet set their availability. |
 |
When a gig is selected, the member can see all the information they need - times, location information and full details (not shown here) for each gig.
They can indicate their availability and also which instrument they intend to play. |
 |
Attendance details can be seen for every member of the band along with any comment they have made. |
The administrator use our simple interface to add information for each gig. There can be more than one administrator if desired.
Everything is done through the internet and can be accessed anywhere in the world using any web browser. See the screenshots for an example.
The basic system as described here is priced at £150. This includes modification to use your band's logo and colours, and other small modifications you may want. Large modifications and additional features will be costed separately - such features include:
- List of gigs can be shown on your web site.
- Email to administrator when a member indicates they can no longer do the gig.
- Confirmation email to member when they set their status.
- Announcement email to all members when a new gig is posted.
- Special layout for mobile phone browsers.
- Gigs can be archived so that the data is held, but not shown.
- Members can be made inactive so they don't receive emails.
