The
Public Site
All your band's gigs are listed with information such as venue, date and location information including link to google map. In the example shown, the band is split into drummers (bateria) and dancers.
When a gig is selected, the number of currently signed-up members can be seen, categorised by instrument. When there are fewer than one of the instrument, a warning automatically appears in red.
Full details for the gig are displayed at the bottom. Links to maps and other embedded information can be added here. Google Street View is shown in this example on Bloco Fogo's system.
Member Screens
After logging in, the member can view attendance and indicate their availability. They can also leave a comment.
Administrator Screens
After the administrator has logged in, the events are listed and can be edited here. If you understand HTML, you can use tags to make information bold, underlined etc.
This is where the member details are managed. It is easy to add/ delete members and change information.
